Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the standardized production and scripting of surveys, as well as programming activities associated with the collection and delivery of research data.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of data to both internal and external clients, meeting their specific requirements and maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Skilfully program complex questionnaires tailored for CAWI and CATI, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process.
- Prepare comprehensive and effective outputs, including tables and data, for internal analysis or delivery to clients.
- Contribute as a senior member to complex projects, utilizing your experience and knowledge to drive successful outcomes.
- Troubleshoot issues that arise during data management processes, employing your problem-solving skills to overcome challenges.
- Mentor and guide the department's staff, fostering their professional growth and development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in data management, survey scripting, and programming within a market research or similar environment.
- Proficiency in programming complex Online and CATI questionnaires–in Confirmit/Fosrta
- Demonstrated expertise in generating accurate and efficient outputs, including tables and data.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, particularly in troubleshooting data-related issues.
- Leadership skills and the ability to mentor and motivate team members.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
