Marketing Executive/Manager - Market Research Start-Up
Job description
c. £50,000; London/Hybrid
Really exciting opportunity to bring your marketing expertise and enact growth plans for a developing market research firm!
Joining at a time of good growth, this innovative, start-up market research firm is well backed, and is already involved in a range of key projects centred on examining real-time consumer attitudes to help political campaigns, businesses and advocacy groups make strategic decisions.
As Marketing Executive/Manager your mission will be to shape marketing, drive new business efforts and help position the group as a major name in polling (consumer and political). This is very much a 'hands on' role and will see you involved in: lead generation/new business focus (strong part of the role); brand building/positioning; marketing operations; CRM (Salesforce/Hubspot); eventual team growth – in so doing, you’ll be working very closely (‘managing’) with an assigned marketing agency as an internal point of contact, and you’ll receive some help/input from an appointed NED who’ll act as additional marketing advisory to this firm.
Ideally you'll be a highly experienced and commercially focused B2B senior marketer who has probably already worked in start-up or similar environments (or perhaps you’ve been account managing in media or marketing agencies and want to go ‘in-house’), possibly has an interest in the world of market research/political polling, and is looking for 'that project' where you can really transform a business to help it realise its ambitions.
Great opportunity if you're an inspired B2B marketer who knows how to be hands on in a start-up environment with a great, flexible culture; for further details contact Carl at Resources Group on applytocarl@resourcesgroup.com
