Known for staying true to their values, they partner exclusively with brands making a positive impact on society. With a reputation for smart, innovative research, they’re a team that works hard, plays hard, and leads the industry in creative and strategic excellence.
As Marketing Scientist, you’ll report directly to the Director of Marketing Sciences and play a pivotal role as a key senior voice in either the Sydney or Melbourne office. Working closely with consulting teams, you’ll deliver advanced analytics and strategic insights to clients across a wide range of consumer sectors, including tech, telcos, retail, FMCG, and finance.
This is not a back-room role—you’ll be at the forefront, blending cutting-edge analytics with client-facing consulting. You’ll own projects end-to-end, delivering complex statistical analysis and advanced modelling across techniques such as regression, segmentation, and choice modelling. You’ll also help maintain and drive best practices, championing innovation in analytics and technology.
As the Marketing Science expert, you’ll act as a trusted internal advisor, collaborate with teams across offices, and eventually take on direct reports as the business continues to grow.
You’re a driven, commercially minded analytics professional with deep expertise in working with survey data. You’re confident switching between projects and have the resilience to roll with the punches.
