We're excited to be recruiting for a Qual Director role on behalf of one of Australia's leading market research consultancies. Our client has built a stellar reputation as a trusted partner to some of the country's largest companies, delivering insights that fuel business innovation and growth. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a high-calibre team pushing the boundaries of research and brand strategy.
  
As a Qualitative Director, you'll take ownership of some of the most important client relationships, managing projects that have a direct impact on business strategy. You'll lead the entire research process, from crafting compelling proposals to delivering insights in a way that inspires action. Your work will go beyond just understanding what people say or do—you'll uncover the deeper cultural and psychological drivers behind consumer behaviour.
  
The day-to-day:
  • Lead significant client projects, becoming a trusted advisor by deeply understanding their business needs and challenges.
  • Write clear, compelling proposals and deliver visually impactful, insightful reports and presentations.
  • Present research findings to clients, driving conversations that influence decision-making.
  • Apply a wide range of qualitative methodologies, using both traditional and innovative approaches.
  • Mentor junior team members, helping them grow their qualitative research and consulting skills.
  • Work closely with the Head of Qual and senior team members to contribute to the development of IP and new market offerings.
