We are seeking a fearless, commercial qualitative leader with exemplary skills in designing and executing qualitative insights strategies.
  
Role Overview:
  
You will be tasked with thought leadership and capability building to inspire and upskill a team of expert qualitative researchers and dualists. Your responsibilities include delivering existing qualitative work and driving the development of the qualitative service offering nationally, ensuring close synergy with the quantitative offering to help drive revenues.
  
This is a rare opportunity for a senior qualitative practitioner to head up a national service offering at a thriving, leading independent agency that benefits from both agility and scale, with plenty of blue sky for your creativity.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Structure and scale the existing qualitative offering, including developing tools, solutions, frameworks, communication outputs, and ways of working.
• Be the face of qualitative insights, both internally and externally, representing cutting-edge capabilities.
• Forge strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Act as a hands-on practitioner, designing and delivering studies from proposal to presentation.
• Build internal qualitative capabilities and inspire a happy, high-performing team.
• Engage in strategic planning and business development, working with a strong multi-disciplinary senior team for a seamless qualitative/quantitative offering.

• Significant senior-level experience in qualitative insights strategy.
• Strong market research agency credentials are essential.
• A critical and strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
• An expert storyteller, facilitator, and presenter.

• Strong client servicing skills, able to nurture and grow deep relationships.
• A track record of winning stakeholder buy-in.

• Previous experience in building teams and developing careers.
