The Role: Qualitative Strategist  

Curious, inquisitive, and a problem solver who loves exploring the "what" and "why"? This is the perfect opportunity for a driven qualitative researcher to fast-track their career and learn from some of the industry's brightest minds. 
  
You'll work on customized projects, and with the support of amazing leaders, you'll gain experience in designing research, writing discussion guides, and building your qualitative methodological toolkit. You'll engage in in-depth interviews, workshops, online communities, groups, ethnography, observations, shop-alongs, and AI. 
  
You'll translate qualitative and quantitative research into compelling stories, test ideas, write trend reports, design evidence-based interventions, and deliver impactful reports and presentations to social, commercial, and not-for-profit clients. 
  
We're Looking for Individuals Who Have: 
  • 2+ years' experience in qualitative insights/strategy/research
  • A multidisciplinary approach to problem-solving
  • Empathy, curiosity, and a keen awareness of trends
  • A qual toolkit including workshops, in-depth interviews, focus groups, online communities, ethnography, and observations
  • An understanding of behavioral tools would d be highly advantageous —nudging, social norms, framing, heuristics, RCTs, scarcity, unconscious biases, rational choice (highly advantageous)
