Quality Assurance Manager (12 month contract / 30 hours)  – UK remote   – Health and Social (Charity)

Up to circa £46,500 + Benefits

This International healthcare charity is well known for working with charities, NHS trusts and academic institutions to understand patients experience of care. Their expertise covers all stages of the research process from design through to delivery, running prestigious large scale surveys as well as small bespoke studies – they are committed to producing actionable and meaningful insight to drive advances in healthcare standards and deliver the highest quality person centred care.

The team are currently looking to recruit a Quality Manager on a part time basis (30 hours a week). This role will lead on the development and implementation of the quality management system within the survey team. It’s a vital role in driving quality and operational efficiency through the application of improvement methodologies.

Experience in the following areas is required:

  • Understanding of continuous improvement and process standardisation methodologies to streamline quality issues

  • A strong understanding of quality management principles, methodologies and best practice

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends and develop solutions

  • Experience of coaching and training team members on quality processes, assessing learning outcomes and monitoring progress

  • Experience of conducting reviews and audits of project work to review quality standards

This role is being offered on a 12 month contract basis – start date asap. Can be fully remote (UK based)
