Fully Remote Working (UK based applicants only)
£38,000 - £43,000 + Strong Benefits
A blend of custom-built technology and traditional insight expertise helps this mid-size agency clients’ to better understand their customers and how they think, feel, and behave.
Working with big-name clients, they deliver insights in to support their clients in customer experience, new product development and shopper understanding. As well as insight communities, they have an exciting roadmap which means they will continue to develop new and differentiated tools in both qual and quant methodologies, and they are looking to grow their team with researchers who love to collaborate, be creative, and thrive in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
You will join a team focussed on providing clients with value-added insights and providing superior storytelling that will help drive strategic decision making. They build strong partnerships with their clients and they work closely alongside a dedicated operations team who will take charge of the logistical day to day running of projects from a fieldwork perspective. Their client list is broad and extensive, having built up an impressive reputation within customer experience research and insights, and there will be plenty of scope to work across a variety of projects.
To apply for this opportunity, you will be an experienced quantitative researcher confident running both tracking and ad hoc projects for high profile clients. You will have a can-do proactive attitude, and experience using primary online research methods.
