They are looking for a passionate and dedicated Research Manager to work on one of their flagship studies in the education and learning space.
  
About the Role:
  
As a Research Manager, you'll be at the heart of things, ensuring that -the project runs smoothly and delivers high-quality results. Working closely with senior research team members, you'll manage the study's day-to-day operations. From planning and developing data collection methods to liaising directly with client stakeholders, your role will be pivotal in achieving the excellence our client is known for.
  
What You'll Be Doing:
  
Client Collaboration: You'll be the client's point of contact, helping to ensure their expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle. You'll provide regular updates, manage project specifics, and ensure that all deliverables are timely and of the highest quality.
  
Research Excellence: Dive into the details by assisting in developing research designs, crafting questionnaires, and ensuring seamless data collection. Your work will directly contribute to meaningful social insights that inform critical decisions.
  
Project Leadership: Help prepare and manage project plans, coordinate with internal teams, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  
Data and Reporting: Develop precise, accurate data specifications and reports that help translate research findings into actionable insights. You'll ensure data integrity and clarity, helping the client understand the stories behind the numbers.
  
What We're Looking For:
  
  • 1-3 years of experience in social, government, or market research environments.
  • Excellent project management skills and a knack for handling multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working in client-facing roles.
  • Experience with sampling, questionnaire design, statistical analysis, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in SPSS (or similar programs) and Microsoft Office.
  • A collaborative spirit and a passion for making a difference through research.
