As they expand, they’re looking for commercially astute, analytically minded, and strategic senior quantitative researchers for their Sydney team.

Senior Account Directors play pivotal roles within the organisation. They lead high-profile clients end-to-end, elevate thinking, problem-solving, mentoring, and supporting new business growth. You’ll have a seat at the STL table.
  
All projects are 100% customised—it’s high-end consulting on a variety of topics: segmentation, pricing, innovation, customer experience, and brand strategy. Clients span sectors such as FMCG, Retail, Technology, Financial Services, Automotive, Education, and Charities.
  
You’ll deliver recommendations to C-suite decision-makers, who will see you as a trusted advisor.
  
The ideal candidate for this role has experience with various advanced quantitative market research tools, a commitment to continual skills development, and a deep fascination with consumer thinking and unearthing impactful insights.
  
It’s essential that you have proven experience in agency market research & consumer insights within a quantitative capacity, strong technical capabilities, and a proven track record of managing client accounts, proposal writing, and mentoring juniors.
