The Role: Senior Research Executive

This is your chance to become a key player in a high-performing team and fast track your development (as an independent agency there are no timeframes associated with promotions!)
  
In this client-facing, hands-on role, you’ll be involved in all research process aspects – from understanding client challenges to delivering game-changing insights. You’ll work across a variety of commercial research projects, including customer experience, journey mapping, innovation, segmentation, and brand strategy.
  
You’ll also be supported by exceptional leaders who’ll help you develop and refine your skills. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
  • Taking client briefs – getting to the heart of their challenges and business goals
  • Collaborating on ad-hoc and tracking projects – variety is guaranteed
  • Designing surveys and discussion guides – bringing creativity to research
  • Managing projects – working with panel providers and fieldwork agencies
  • Data analysis and visualisation – using SPSS/Q to uncover hidden insights
  • Generating insights – spotting trends, making recommendations, and solving real problems
  • Report writing and presentations – delivering findings that make a real impact
  • Upskilling opportunities – attend conferences, take part in mentoring, and engage in lunch-and-learns sessions to continuously evolve your expertise in quant analytics, new tools, methodologies, commercial acumen, data visualisation and qual thinking
  What we’re looking for:
  1. 1+ years of quantitative market research agency experience
  2. Strong analytical skills with experience in SPSS/Q
  3. A solutions-based mindset – ready to tackle new challenges
  4. Enthusiasm for working across diverse, end-to-end projects
  5. Ambition to learn, grow, and develop your career
  6. A genuine, down-to-earth personality – no egos here!
  7. Bonus points for experience with qualitative research
