  • Confidently manage and consult with clients, offering guidance on leveraging data to drive business success.

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to share knowledge and best practices.

What You'll Bring:

  • Senior experience in a research agency or hands-on role in consumer insights within financial services.

  • Expertise in CX and NPS, with a strong grasp of the drivers and strategies for improvement.

  • Proven ability to design and deliver customized quantitative research across a variety of study types.

  • Experience managing large datasets with proficiency in tools such as Q or SPSS.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tell compelling stories through data.

  • A collaborative, innovative mindset, always seeking to enhance research offerings.

  • Exceptional client management skills and a client-centric ethos, with a track record of building lasting relationships.

You'll be joining a team with a true passion for quantitative analysis and strategic consulting, where insights are not just data points but catalysts for growth. As part of this forward-thinking consultancy, you'll benefit from flexible hybrid working, tailored learning and development programs, uncapped career progression, merit-based promotions, and annual reviews. Additional perks include generous leave benefits, long-term career rewards, and a collaborative, social work environment with plenty of team-building activities.
