The Role:
As a Senior Research Manager, you'll develop a deep understanding of your client's challenges and objectives, delivering regular, actionable recommendations. You'll oversee a high-impact, ongoing tracking program while also leading customized, ad hoc quantitative research projects. Your insights will directly influence high-level business decisions and align with your client's five-year strategy.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee ongoing tracking studies while conducting in-depth quantitative research tailored to client needs.
  • Lead both regular reporting and bespoke ad hoc projects, delivering strategic insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Provide expert advice on CX/NPS measurement, turning insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Confidently manage and consult with clients, offering guidance on leveraging data to drive business success.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to share knowledge and best practices.
  
What You'll Bring:
  • Senior experience in a research agency or hands-on role in consumer insights within financial services.
  • Expertise in CX and NPS, with a strong grasp of the drivers and strategies for improvement.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver customized quantitative research across a variety of study types.
  • Experience managing large datasets with proficiency in tools such as Q or SPSS.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tell compelling stories through data.
  • A collaborative, innovative mindset, always seeking to enhance research offerings.
  • Exceptional client management skills and a client-centric ethos, with a track record of building lasting relationships.
