The Role: Account Director
As an Account Director, you’ll be at the heart of client relationships, translating insights into actionable strategies for some of the world’s most recognised FMCG/CPG brands. The Role: Account Director
As an Account Director, you’ll be at the heart of client relationships, translating insights into actionable strategies for some of the world’s most recognised FMCG/CPG brands. This is your opportunity to lead high-value accounts, grow your portfolio, and inspire a high-performing team of Account Managers.
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Be a trusted advisor: Manage a portfolio of leading FMCG brands and retailers (e.g., Woolworths, 7-Eleven, Asahi), solving their biggest challenges and helping them succeed in their markets.
- Drive growth: Spot opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, ensuring clients unlock the full value of your tools and solutions. Your consultative approach will be rewarded with commissions for account renewals and growth.
- Deliver impactful insights: Harness the power of data to answer big questions, guide decisions, and drive ROI for your clients. You’ll ensure they’re maximising the agency’s services and finding the answers they need.
- Lead with impact: Manage and mentor a team of three Account Managers, fostering collaboration and building a culture of success.
- Stay ahead of the curve: Be the go-to expert in FMCG/CPG trends, ensuring your clients remain competitive in an ever-changing market.
- Commercially savvy: You’re an experienced client manager who can grow relationships and deliver exceptional value.
