The Opportunity:
As the Senior Account Director, you will lead a key portfolio of FMCG manufacturers and retailers, ensuring clients derive maximum value from the consultancy’s reports and services. Your role will be pivotal in driving client satisfaction, leading to renewed subscriptions and long-term partnerships. You’ll leverage your sector expertise and understanding of key client challenges to tailor the most effective mix of services for each account.
You’ll also lead a team of skilled Account Managers, supporting them in achieving portfolio growth targets and overseeing sales forecasting, contract negotiations, and pricing strategies.

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in client and account management, with a natural flair for building relationships at all levels.
- 6+ years’ experience within the information, intelligence, research, or category insights space, gained either agency or client-side.
- Strong understanding of the FMCG sector or a demonstrated willingness and ability to upskill rapidly.
- Excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a commercial mindset.
