We’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Manager to drive new business growth and expand our client’s footprint across the Australian and New Zealand markets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities by mapping leads and building a robust pipeline
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Utilise data and insights to create compelling teasers that spark conversations and engage potential clients
- Collaborate with senior leadership to design innovative sales strategies, processes, and events to elevate the company’s profile
- Lead negotiations and close contracts that deliver strong commercial outcomes
- Take core data and programs to market while identifying new channels and growth opportunities
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
- 1) Access to powerful proprietary data to take to market
- 2) Engage in fascinating conversations with major FMCG, Pharma manufacturers, and Retailers

- 5+ years of business development experience with a proven track record in managing long sales cycles
- Experience in FMCG, Pharma, or Retail sectors is highly desirable
- Experience in Shopper/Category research is highly sought after, or alternatively, in market research or data intelligence where data is leveraged to drive strategy
- A natural hunter with outstanding interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships effortlessly
- Sales-focused with a high level of motivation to achieve and exceed targets
- Demonstrated ability to engage with C-suite decision-makers
- Self-driven, yet capable of supporting and inspiring a team to achieve success
