Client Director - FMCG, Shopper & Consumer Insights

 As a Client Director, you will be the key to developing long-term relationships with Australian-based customers. Your goal will be to grow their business footprint in this market, deepen existing partnerships, and help secure new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Commercial client management. You will work alongside the CCO to help develop and execute annual client and growth plans.
  • Proposal writing and pitching. You will work with the insights teams to create and deliver the best-in-class data solutions for new clients, pitching to prospects.
  • Thought leadership and innovation. You will enjoy helping cement this consultancy's position as a market leader.
 Skills needed:
  • You’ll have at least 7+ years of experience in market research, consumer insights or shopper/category insights.
  • You’ll be a strong relationship manager, an effective communicator, and have brilliant problem-solving abilities.
  • You’ll be able to identify business opportunities and develop effective working relationships with new and existing clients.
