Customer Insights Manager - Financial Services - 3 month FTC

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for transforming consumer behavior insights into impactful business strategies?
Seeking a talented senior insights executive with expertise and in-depth knowledge of how consumer behaviour drives profitability. Able to bring your expertise to customer data to drive innovation, profitability, and strategic direction.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead with Influence: Partner with senior stakeholders to shape and steer the company’s vision, leveraging your deep understanding of customer behavior.
  • Turn Data into Stories: Distill complex data into clear, compelling insights that resonate and drive action across all levels of the business.
  • Drive Strategic Impact: Influence key decisions on business strategy, planning, and investment by embedding customer insights into executive-level discussions.
  • Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with brand, marketing effectiveness, and voice of the customer teams to ensure insights are at the heart of marketing strategies, from conception to post-campaign analysis.
This role is less focussed on managing the research programs themselves, and more focussed on embedding the insights into the business to ensure effective decision making.  

Candidate profile:
  • Experienced Professional: With around 10+ years in the industry, you’ve spent a significant amount of time in a senior in-house role, ideally within financial services or a related field.
  • Insight Expert: You have a strong foundation in strategic customer insights, with a particular strength in quantitative data and analysis.
  • Strategic Collaborator: Your focus is on embedding insights within marketing teams, supporting them in making informed decisions throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Flexible and Adaptable: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are open to a 3-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extensions (not guaranteed).
