About the Role: Dualist Research Consultant (Qual & Quant)
As a Dualist Research Consultant, you’ll be at the forefront of diverse and high-impact projects. From initial pitch to final presentation, you’ll take the lead in managing client relationships, translating complex data into clear insights, and delivering strategic solutions. Expect to work across a wide range of projects – from behavioural change to communications, customer experience, branding, and more.

About the Role: Dualist Research Consultant (Qual & Quant)
As a Dualist Research Consultant, you’ll be at the forefront of diverse and high-impact projects. Expect to work across a wide range of projects – from behavioural change to communications, customer experience, branding, and more.
What You’ll Do:
- Dive deep into client problems, understanding their needs and crafting tailored research solutions
- Design and deliver innovative research proposals
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative fieldwork to uncover powerful insights
- Present actionable recommendations to clients and stakeholders
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to their growth
- 5+ years of agency-side experience in social or commercial research
- Proven success in managing end-to-end research projects
- Expertise in qualitative methodologies (IDIs, groups, workshops)
- Advanced technical skills in quantitative tools (SPSS, Q, Excel)
- Strong empathy, critical thinking, and a collaborative approach
