Are you a curious and analytical thinker passionate about understanding what makes consumers tick? We’re seeking an Insights Executive to join the Consumer Insights Team of one of our top Global research clients. With an excellent reputation in the Australian market, they work with a broad base of top brands across a range of consumer sectors - Retail, Consumer Goods, Travel, Hospitality, and Entertainment.
You’ll be hands-on with research from start to finish—designing surveys, analysing data, creating compelling reports, and presenting insights that shape real-world decisions. Working closely with senior researchers and clients, you’ll help deliver clear, unbiased, and impactful research that stands up to scrutiny. The work is varied, covering branding, communications, experience and innovation.

- Quantitative research experience (survey design, analysis, reporting)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to turn data into stories
- A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills
