Job description
"How strong is a brand, really?"
It’s not just about a great logo or clever ad campaigns—it’s about perception, preference, and trust. If you love uncovering what makes brands stick in people’s minds, shaping strategies that drive real-world impact, and balancing the rhythm of tracking with the excitement of ad hoc insights—this role is calling your name.
The Company
Our client is a top-performing market research consultancy, part of a global network yet with a local boutique feel. Central to their success is their expertise in helping brands stay sharp, relevant, and ahead of the game. They are looking to hire a talented Quantitative Account Director to join their team.
The Role
As an Account Director, you’ll work across brand and comms tracking (50%) and ad hoc strategic research (50%), focusing on clients in financial services, insurance, travel, and retail.
Your day-to-day will include:
✔️ Owning key tracking studies – ensuring smooth execution while responding to ad hoc briefs
✔️ Leading projects end-to-end – from scoping research to delivering insights that drive action
✔️ Supervising and mentoring juniors – supporting their growth and sharpening their skills
✔️ Crafting & presenting brilliant client reports – turning data into compelling, strategic narratives
✔️ Building deep client partnerships – becoming the trusted go-to for insights and strategy
✔️ Working closely with senior leadership – driving excellence in delivery and thought leadership
What You’ll Bring
5–8 years’ experience in quantitative brand and comms research
Strong quantitative skills (comfortable working with data, but not a deep-dive analytics role)
Commercial mindset – you understand what clients need and why
Bonus: Experience with qualitative research is a plus!
What You’ll Love
✨ Creative agency environment – big ideas, big impact, hybrid working, and stunning offices
✨ Clear pathways for career growth – a business with a strong track record of developing talent
✨ Collaborative, supportive culture – no unnecessary hierarchy, just great work
