This is a permanent position where you'll bring strong quantitative research and project management skills to the table. You'll be involved in a variety of research projects, working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end research projects, ensuring smooth execution from briefing through to delivery.
- Conduct quantitative analysis and translate data into meaningful insights and strategic recommendations.
- Develop client reports, presentations, and data visualisations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their research needs, provide recommendations, and manage expectations.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including data specialists, project management and data collection teams, to ensure high-quality outputs.
- Strong quantitative research skill set with a solid grasp of project delivery and stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated experience working in a market research agency or insights-based role.
- A flair for solving problems; you excel here.
- The ability to write clear, compelling insights reports.
- Experience in CX research is a big plus. B2B and Government experience are helpful but not essential.
- Comfortable working with a team spread across multiple locations. While based in Sydney, you'll report to a manager in another office and work closely with the Sydney MD.
