Market Research Consultant - Quantitative Research

Job description

If you're passionate about data and turning insights into action, this is the perfect role for you!

Join one of Australia’s leading quantitative market research agencies and work on exciting, high-profile projects that make a real impact. With at least 2 years of experience under your belt, you’ll dive straight into managing research projects from start to finish, crafting meaningful insights that help top Australian brands solve their most complex business problems.

Why you’ll love it here:
  • Career Growth Without the Red Tape: Fast-tracked career development is on offer, with promotions based on merit. If you’re delivering results, you’re moving forward.
  • Award-Winning People and Culture: People here say they feel valued and rewarded, with clear pathways for growth. You’ll be part of a team that aims to deliver exceptionally high-quality work while having fun.
  • Work-Life Balance: Enjoy 25 days of annual leave to ensure you have time to recharge and find balance.
  • Tailored Learning & Development: We’re all about helping you grow with personalised L&D that aligns with your career goals.
  • Vibrant Office Culture: Work in a modern, collaborative environment with a team that’s as passionate as you are.
  • Great Clients: From FMCG to tech, you’ll get the chance to work with some of the most recognisable brands in both the commercial and social sectors.
  • Competitive Pay & Benefits: Along with a strong salary package, we offer perks and benefits to ensure you’re well rewarded for your hard work.
  • Project & Topic Variety: From segmenting audiences to new product development, pricing, innovation, brand strategy, customer experience, advanced market science, and choice modelling.
  • Method-Agnostic: Sitting at the intersection of quantitative and qualitative research, cultural insights, marketing science, AI, futures, trends, and data visualisation, you’ll elevate your toolkit.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll manage everything from survey design to data analysis and presenting findings. It’s all about making complex data simple and actionable for clients. You’ll build relationships, work closely with the team, and ensure every project is a success. As part of a highly successful team, your development, progression, and L&D will be at the forefront. You’ll design customised quant projects while integrating qual into your practice.

If you're ready to make your mark at a leading agency, I’d love to hear from you!
