Qualitative Operations Manager - Leading Insights Consultancy

These don’t pop up very often! A senior operations role to support the seamless execution of qualitative insights projects at an award-winning strategic insights consultancy.
  
This newly created position affords plenty of blue sky for creativity, allowing you to shape the role by establishing processes and systems to ensure operational excellence within the qualitative practice.
  
Working closely with the Head of Qualitative Consulting, you will find plenty of growth in this scaling, national qualitative department within a fully integrated, multi-disciplinary agency—quant, qual, analytics, brand, and consulting.
  
  
Key responsibilities:
  • Lead internal project kick-offs, align teams, allocate resource and set projects up for success
  • Plan and manage fieldwork logistics
  • Manage relationships and contracts with fieldwork suppliers
  • Oversee privacy and data security policies and requirements.
  • Manage ISO certifications and ongoing compliance including training, documents and audits
  • Instil a best practice mentality, coaching teams in processes and systems
What are we looking for?
  
A champion of process! You thrive on operational efficiencies and enjoy implementing clear, well-communicated systems.
  
A strong collaborator who understands business mechanics and can solve problems to achieve the best outcomes for clients and teams.
  
You should have 8+ experience in the market research industry, with a thorough understanding of the full qualitative research cycle and the processes, accreditations, and data security requirements that underpin it.
