Job description
Are you a talented qualitative researcher who loves uncovering what makes people tick? Do you thrive on leading strategic projects, fostering collaboration, and delivering impactful insights? This could be your next big move.
The Role
Join a high-performing, people-first insights consultancy that puts purpose at the heart of everything they do. As an Associate Director in the qualitative practice, you’ll lead key client relationships, shape the direction of the team, and deliver strategic, evidence-based insights that drive business impact. This is a role where your expertise in qual methods—focus groups, IDIs, ethnography, online communities—will be instrumental in delivering powerful storytelling and actionable recommendations.
You’ll work closely with a diverse team of researchers across qualitative, quantitative, and marketing science disciplines, collaborating to solve client challenges and create meaningful change. If you enjoy leading projects end-to-end, mentoring others, and playing a part in shaping a best-in-class qualitative offering, we’d love to hear from you.
What You Bring
This is more than just a job—it’s a chance to be part of a consultancy that genuinely cares about people, clients, and the broader community. A Certified B Corp, they are committed to using business as a force for good. You’ll have access to an extensive learning & development program, exciting B Corp and cultural initiatives, and the opportunity to work on projects that make a real difference.
