Qualitative Research Director - Brand, Experience & Innovation

Role responsibilities:
  • Lead multiple client relationships
  • A qualitative research practitioner who relishes a complex client challenge and knows how to unpack it.
  • Lead complex multi-stage research projects with confidence and crystal-clear thinking
  • Lead client presentations and deliverables with inspiring story telling
  • Enjoy a range of Government & Commercial clients
  • Commercial savvy new business getter
  • A pioneer of the agency’s POV, frameworks and tailored research methodologies
  • Actively contribute to building the business reputation and representing in market
  • An inspiring role model for the junior team members with direct reports
 Who are you?
  • An experienced, senior insights strategist
  • Agency side experience essential - market research agency/brand strategy/planning etc.
  • Track record of leading & developing seriously close client relationships
  • Strong qual tool-kit -qualitative consumer engagement techniques – groups, workshops, ethnography, social media etc
  • Passionate about cultural insights, behavioural science and technology
  • Track record of writing winning proposals
  • Experience of leading & nurturing people
