Quantitative Senior Consultant - Innovation + Impact
Job description
We’re looking for an influential insights strategist who is passionate about combining research frameworks, behavioural science and marketing to make a real impact to clients.
As a Quantitative Senior Consultant your task will be to combine an understanding of human behaviour with intelligent data capability to navigate uncertainty and answer complex business questions.
You’ll get to jump straight into a variety of ad hoc, customised projects. You’ll keep building your skills in client engagement, understanding needs, and designing bespoke research methodologies. You’ll love weaving consumer survey data with complementary data sources such as cultural analysis, client data or qualitative data to add richness to your stories and insights strategies.
Here, you can count on a full mix of tracking and ad hoc work spanning brand, innovation, communications and experience.

What You'll Bring
- A university degree in a relevant field (research, marketing, psychology, or social sciences).
- C3/4+ years of experience in quantitative market in another leading strategic insights agency
- Experience in end-to-end delivery of research projects including helping out with proposals, survey design, project management, data analysis, reporting and presenting. execute research projects, translating data into insights that drive results.
- Strong analytical abilities - translating data into insights that drive results
