Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Oversight: Lead and manage intricate qualitative research projects, integrating insights to refine brand strategies, guide product innovation, and influence market positioning.
  • Research Leadership: Oversee the entire qualitative research process—from developing detailed proposals to delivering high-impact presentations that drive strategic decisions.
  • Collaborative Innovation: Work with a diverse, forward-thinking team, applying creative and analytical approaches to solve complex business challenges.
Essential Skills:
  • Strategic Expertise: Demonstrated experience in qualitative research with a focus on brand strategy and strategic insights within a high-level agency environment.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage complex projects with strong skills in strategic communication, stakeholder engagement, and insight synthesis.
  • Insight Development: Expertise in translating qualitative data into actionable recommendations that drive brand growth and innovation.
  • Methodological Proficiency: Advanced skills in qualitative research methodologies, including in-depth interviews, focus groups, and ethnographic studies.
