What you'll do:
- Contribute to a stream of diverse ad-hoc and tracking projects
- Build and nurture strong client relationships
- Manage the day-to-day running of small projects independently
- Design quant surveys and manage online communities
- Analyse data using SPSS/Q and data visualisation
- Translate insights into strategic recommendations and stories
- Craft reports and draft presentations
- Share ideas, attend client meetings, and offer your point of view on cultural trends, emerging tech, BSCI thinking, and current affairs
You’re a curious thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, agency environment. Your passion for understanding consumer behaviour and delivering strategic insights drives you. Here’s what we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in research/strategy at a commercial agency
- Experience across the end-to-end research cycle
- Expertise in quantitative research—from survey design to data analysis and reporting
- Proficiency in SPSS/Q
- An ability to manage multiple deadlines with attention to detail
- A genuine drive to elevate your skills and grow your career
