Quantitative Research Director - Cultural Insights + BSCI

Job description

Innovative. Creative. Groundbreaking.

This agency is redefining what it means to push boundaries in research. With a bespoke and forward-thinking approach, they uncover the intersection of brands, emotions, and culture, bringing a deeper human understanding to every project.

Clients trust them not just for insights but for the genuine partnership they offer. They don’t just provide reports; they immerse themselves in the heart of their clients' businesses. Through
workshops, podcasts, immersive storytelling, and creative presentations, they translate complex data into meaningful stories that drive impact and speak their client's language.

Their methodology?

From BSCI and cultural insights to advanced analytics, qualitative strategy, and communications, this team remains method-agnostic, driven by the need to answer the "why" behind the "what." Recent projects have tackled fascinating challenges like:
  • Exploring the role of humour and playfulness in modern society.
  • Planning for the unplannable.
  • Understanding how crises reshape behaviour and mindsets.
  • Reimagining the retirement journey for modern consumers.
  • Hacking the psychology of waiting to forge deeper emotional connections.
