Quantitative Research Consultant - Cultural Insights and Brand Strategy

This is an amazing opportunity for a junior/mid-level quant researcher to take their career to the next level. With an eclectic mix of clients across fmcg, retail, finance, nfp, sport, the arts, travel and more, you will love the variety and exciting blend of projects here! You will work with big name brands as well as startups and small businesses, building close relationships and delivering genuinely impactful insights which you will then help shape into brand and business strategies.
  
Day to Day

  • Designing and running a range of customised research projects using quantitative methodologies. This includes inputting into proposals, survey design and data analysis

  • Working in collaboration with qualitative and trends experts on mixed method projects

  • Building rapport with clients and working hard to understand the needs of their business

  • Get involved and learn about cultural insights and behavioural theories

  • Synthesising, analysing and contextualising data

  • Putting together impactful creative outputs that show meaningful and inspiring narratives

About you

  • c3+ years’ quantitative experience at an insights agency

  • Experience of primary ad hoc quant in a full-service role

  • Strong technical/stats skills – Q, SPSS

  • Strong writing, communication and presentation skills

  • You are obsessed with brands and fascinated with human behaviour

  • You love chatting to clients and building lasting relationships

  • You are outgoing, vibrant, energetic and curious
