Quantitative Senior/Account Director - Pivotal FMCG expert
Job description
Are you an expert in FMCG consumer insights? We’re looking for a specialist with stacks of experience delivering actionable insights to inform decision making and lead the future direction of brand portfolios at major FMCGs.
You’ll be in your element influencing key stakeholders through a deep understanding of consumer and shopper behaviour, preferences and trends. Leveraging consumer data to make game-changing recommendations about product development, marketing and brand strategies.
In a nutshell, you have deep expertise in FMCG and want to go deeper. Large scale foundational studies, comprehensive Usage & Attitudes (U&A), demand zone analysis, pack testing, choice modelling, innovation and concept testing are all your jam.
In this role, you will be the go-to professional for complex, high-stakes FMCG research challenges, leading an active portfolio of brilliant FMCG clients, designing and executing advanced research and delivering critical strategy.

Key responsibilities:
- Execute and lead specialist FMCG research methodologies
- Transform intricate multi-source datasets into actionable narratives
- Conduct high level workshops and presentations
- Develop and maintain premium client presentations
- Manage complex projects to time and budget
- Apply deep strategic thinking to propel client business performance
- 8+ years of FMCG research expertise – with strong agency experience.
- Proven track record in complex ad hoc research – including U&A, demand zone analysis, pack testing, flavor studies, concept testing, price testing, and measuring distinctive brand assets.
- Hands-on statistical expertise – particularly with Q software.
- Outstanding communication skills – a natural storyteller with workshop and presentation excellence.
- Strong client relationships – trusted by stakeholders for your strategic thinking and business impact.
