We're looking for someone who loves being hands-on with qualitative fieldwork and can confidently lead focus groups, workshops, online communities, in-depth interviews (IDIs), empathy interviews, home immersions, and ethnography sessions, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
Sitting within a close-knit qualitative team, you'll be involved in managing customised ad-hoc projects from initial client brief through to final presentation and delivery, confidently designing, constructing and delivering compelling and insightful narratives that capture consumers' voices and spark brand growth. It’s a brilliant opportunity for a researcher who wants more exposure, autonomy and room for creative thinking.
You'll love the constant stream of projects and clients, including communications testing, New Product Development, Innovation, Brand Strategy, Package Design, visual identity and tone, Brand Development, and Customer Experience.
90% of the projects you work on will be mixed method – the team firmly believes that the way to understand consumers is from multiple perspectives deeply. In addition to qualitative research, they draw upon advanced quantitative research, marketing science, cultural insights, brand strategy, graphic design and shopper insights.
The essentials:
This agency believes that their work & culture is best when made up of a variety of life experiences and diverse ways of thinking – so even if you don't tick every box, we'd still love to hear from you.
