The Role: As a Qualitative Senior Consultant, you'll play a vital role within their growing strategic qualitative division. Collaborating closely with the Head of Qualitative Research, you'll have ample autonomy, exposure, and tailored mentoring opportunities. Your responsibilities will encompass being involved in the entire research process, from crafting compelling proposals to conducting fieldwork (IDIs, groups, workshops, ethnography sessions), generating valuable insights, managing talented junior team members, and delivering impactful client presentations.

- Previous qualitative experience within an agency environment (strategy, research, branding, etc.) Confidence in managing projects from pitch to delivery.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, copywriting, and presentation skills
- The ability to think analytically and creatively, solving complex problems with ease
- A curious mindset, driven to uncover trends, patterns, and future opportunities
- Experience conducting in-depth interviews, focus groups, workshops, UX sessions, and ethnography
- A genuine love and passion for the food industry (a major plus!)
