- Pilot immersive VR training for an FMCG giant
- Craft digital services that empower youth mental health
- Prototype sustainable packaging for a pet food brand
- Lead transformative training workshops in the USA while envisioning the future of care in Australia
- Leading briefings
- Deepening client relationships
- Supporting business development and proposal writing
- Project management (budgets, scope, timelines, costs)
- Designing innovation processes
- Collaborating with colleagues and clients
- Leading qualitative in-depth interviews, workshops, groups, and co-creation sessions
- Uncovering thought-provoking recommendations and new ways of thinking
- Designing prototypes
- Presenting insights to clients through storytelling, reports, engaging presentations, workshops, training sessions, and brainstorming sessions
We’re looking to speak with strategists who have 5+ years of commercial agency experience in qualitative research, innovation, branding, or strategy, love the pace and variety of agency life, and have a proven track record in leading client accounts.
The Essentials:
- A versatile mixed-method toolkit – in-depth interviews, workshops, focus groups, co-creation sessions, ethnography, BSCI, evidence-based interventions, experimental pilots, and rapid prototypes.
- Prior agency experience within a fast-paced environment
- Confidence across all stages of the innovation cycle
- Happy to be on the tools and in the boardroom
- Comfortable uncovering problems with ambiguity
- Not afraid to push back and question the what and why
- Experience leading client accounts and supporting business development
- A passion for knowledge-sharing and mentoring juniors
- Drive, curiosity, and a sense of humour
- An eclectic taste in music (they take their office playlist very seriously)
