Senior Research Consultant - Brand Equity & Campaign Evaluation

Role purpose
To support a strong senior team in the delivery of a range of quantitative research programs especially campaign evaluation and strategy.
We're looking for a researcher who is technically minded, with strong project management and analysis skills and the ability to craft strong insights-led reports.
You'll thrive on the rigour of highly strategic tracking work, as well some ad hoc projects! Topics range far and wide working across different Government Departments.
  
Key responsibilities:
  • Responding to client queries and requests in a timely manner, building rapport.
  • Timely and quality preparation of all background support work.
  • Ensure surveys design is consistent with proposal and project specifications
  • Ensure data collection runs smoothly within project timelines
  • Ensure all data related outputs are accurate and meet client needs
  • Production of accurate analysis and comprehensive reporting.
  • Build language and reputation as an expert in brand, advertising and marketing research
You can expect a fun, fast paced agency with a team of c10 superstars collaborating, creatively on a range of clients, projects, and topics across meaningful social topics and punchy commercial outcomes.
  
Desirable background:
  • Experience at another leading market or social research agency
  • Experience in quantitative research methodologies - tracking and ad hoc
  • Strong data analysis (SPSS/Q) and reporting skills – able to stitch together the story from the data
  • Knowledge around brand & communication ideal, or brand equity tracking/campaign evaluation
  • High attention to details and the ability to keep projects to time and budget
