As a Senior Consultant, you’ll bring 3-5 years of commercial market research agency experience and a solid understanding of the quantitative research process.
Senior Consultants work closely with senior team members while taking ownership of projects. You’ll play a key role in:
- Leading ad-hoc quantitative research projects—from questionnaire design to project management, analysis, reporting, and client presentations.
- Strengthening your proposal writing skills and deepening client relationship
- Mentoring and guiding junior team members.
- Translating complex data into stories and actionable insights that add real value.
- Creative thinking and storytelling – using your left and right brain
- A mix of custom and tracking research projects across segmentation, U&A, brand strategy, innovation, NPD, CX, journey mapping, and pricing.
- A portfolio of exciting local and international brands across technology, retail, FMCG, financial services, insurance, entertainment, media, health, and wellness.
- Delivering succinct, impactful reports and client presentations—balancing data-led insights with compelling storytelling.
- Working in close partnership with senior leaders and a cross-functional team of marketing scientists, brand strategists, BSCI specialists, and qualitative researchers.
- Using Q/SPSS for advanced data analysis.
