Insights Consultant: 
  
This role sits within one of their most consultative divisions, partnering with high-profile services technology and B2B clients. Projects are ad-hoc and tracking across behaviour change, customer experience, innovation, segmentation, and communications.
  
This role will further your capabilities in the following ways: 
  • Building strong stakeholder relationships with commercial clients
  • Pulling apart briefs and deeply understanding problems
  • Brainstorming compelling research proposals and great insights reports
  • Project management and producing structured research plans
  • Exposure to new qualitative and quantitative methodologies
  • Harnessing new technology – dashboards & CX platforms
  • Data analysis using the industry-leading stats package – SPSS, Q or Excel
  • Creative, engaging presentations to C-suite teams
  
So, what do you need to apply?
  • Prior quantitative research experience within an agency environment
  • An understanding of the flow of research project from pitch to presentation.
  • A head for numbers and hands-on experience using Q or SPSS
  • An ability to create and deliver engaging and informative client reports
  • A desire to stretch your thinking across qual/design thinking and BSCi
  • Inherent curiosity and a love of learning
