The role: Associate Market Research Consultant
  
Agile and hands-on, you’ll be involved in all aspects of running projects – project management, questionnaire design data analysis, insight generation and reporting, with exposure to further develop your strategic thinking and client presenting skills.
  
Intellectually stimulating, you’ll work on a wide range of real-world problems for leading ASX 100 commercial clients like Qantas, Hungry Jacks, NAB, Woollies, and Westpac (and more), who will see you as an extension of their business.
  
Projects are ad-hoc and tracking from customer experience and segmentation to U&A, branding, new product development, pricing, and innovation with exposure to advanced quantitative tools – choice modelling, regression and max diff.
  
Additionally, you’ll collaborate with the cultural insights & qualitative research team, adding to your toolkit and stretching your left and right brain thinking.
  
  
The essentials:
  • 2+ years agency experience in research, consulting or strategy
  • Quantitative analytical capabilities
  • An eye for detail and the ability to spot patterns in numbers
  • Academic qualifications in a related field
  • Strong communication skills and high EQ
