Online Project Manager - Technology & Research - CX
Job description
This global Voice of the Customer (VoC) Insights Agency bridges the gap between technology and research.
They design, build, and manage customised VoC, CX, and brand tracking projects, using advanced tech and AI-powered dashboards to help businesses capture real-time customer experience data, to transform customer experiences.
Allowing them to take clients beyond the numbers, delivering actionable, in-the-moment, data-led strategies that transform customer experience initiatives, deliver ROI, and drive growth for global brands in financial services, retail, and tech.
The Role: Online Research Project Manager
This dynamic role covers project management, online panel management, operations, data analysis, and client management. You'll be hands-on with all aspects of CX programmes end to end. Insights will help clients improve satisfaction, employee engagement, and user experience.
You’ll work in close partnership with the agencies largest and most interesting client accounts, with an ASX financial bank, whilst having exposure to smaller retail client accounts.
We’re looking for Online Project managers that have strong technical skills.

- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Running weekly WIP meetings
- End-to-end online project management
- Scripting surveys
- Sampling, budgeting, and assessing project feasibility
- Managing tech dashboards, CX programmes
- Dashboarding and data visualisation
- Reporting data and presenting insights
- Overseeing operations to ensure smooth project delivery
The Essentials:
- 1+ years’ experience in online research and project management
- Customer Experience or VoC experience would be great
- Strong confidence with data and a keen interest in further developing your technical skills
- Excellent communication skills, with proven experience in building strong client relationship
- Technical skills in Python, HTML, JavaScript, and Qualtrics would be highly advantageous
