The Role: Research Project Manager
  
As the Australian division expands, they are seeking a Project Manager to join their team and work on their largest and most influential account – a global bank.
  
This dynamic role spans quantitative market research, online project management, operations, data analysis, client management, and technical dashboarding. Allowing you to tap into your analytical, technical and consulting capabilities.
  
Key responsibilities include:
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Leading weekly WIP meetings
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • End-to-end online project management
  • Scripting surveys and managing sampling
  • Budgeting and assessing project feasibility
  • Managing CX and VoC programs
  • Creating dashboards and data visualisations
  • Reporting data and presenting actionable insights
  • Overseeing operations to ensure smooth project delivery
We’re looking for candidates that have:
  • 2+ years of experience in commercial agency roles focused on quantitative research, online market research, and project management
  • Proven ability to manage clients and accounts, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Exceptional organisational skills to juggle multiple projects at once
  • A solid understanding of VoC and CX programs
  • Technical expertise with dashboards and survey scripting (experience with Qualtrics and HTML is advantageous)
