Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a variety of qualitative research projects
- Resource planning to ensure smooth project delivery
- Ensuring quality at every stage and liaising with clients
- Streamlining processes and driving improvements across the team
- Handling general admin to keep the wheels turning
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in a fast-moving research or data collection agency
- A strong understanding of primary qual market research from a delivery aspect
- Exceptional organisational and project management skills (your juggling act!)
- A problem-solving mindset, always ready to find the solution when things get tricky
- Strong communication skills to keep everyone in the loop
- A positive, can-do attitude, willing to dive in and tackle whatever comes your way
