The Role:
As a Consultant, you'll explore all elements of the insights process, partnering closely with senior mentors on major commercial client accounts. You'll work on a wide range of projects, from brand health and pricing architecture to segmentation, advertising effectiveness, customer experience, U&As, communications testing, innovation, and new product development.

- Supporting seniors with proposals and pitches
- Designing impactful questionnaires
- Fieldwork and supplier relationship management
- Data analysis using tools like Excel, SPSS, and Q
- Translating data into clear stories and actionable recommendations
- Report writing and delivering impactful presentations
- Constantly sharing new ideas and looking for solutions
- 1:1 mentoring from managers
- Attending training sessions to accelerate your knowledge
- Socialising with the team, whether over a drink, a game of soccer, or birthday cake
- Prior experience in research, insights, data, analytics, and consulting
