- An established AD level researcher with strong experience running quantitative or dualist research projects from pitch to presentation
- A keen interest in brands and consumer behaviour
- Ideally strong experience in the FMCG sector
- Strong client comms and relationship building capabilities
- A strategic mindset and constant curiosity
- Problem solvers who love understanding the why, why and what's next
- Technical capabilities with analytical packages such as Excel, Q, SPSS, SQL, R
- Collaborative team players
- A supportive mentor and inspirational leader to juniors
