The Sydney office is growing, and they’re looking for a Quantitative Account Manager to join their team. You’ll manage ad-hoc and tracking projects end-to-end—from survey design and project management to analysis, insight generation, and client reporting. You’ll work client-facing, building strong partnerships and tackling fascinating branding, behaviour, and culture challenges – excited by the variety of problems to solve.

You’re a quantitative researcher with a knack for solving problems and delivering impactful insights. You’ll bring:
  • 2+ years of commercial market research agency experience
  • Strong quantitative research skills (e.g., SPSS, Q)
  • Expertise managing ad-hoc and tracking projects end-to-end
  • A client-focused mindset and excellent communication skills
  • Passion for branding, marketing, human behaviour, and psychology
  • A creative, curious, and fearless approach to problem-solving
