About the Team:
This team of research experts excels in both B2B and B2C research, employing a variety of methodologies to provide high-impact insights and strategies. Their specialist areas include Technology, Telecommunications, Automotive, Built Environment, Healthcare (OTC), Social, Retail, and Financial Services. Projects range from quick-turnaround local assignments to extensive multimarket and international work. They are adept at integrating various data streams (primary, secondary, customer, business, etc.) and take a thoughtful approach to client briefs.

The Role:
They are seeking an ambitious, driven market research consultant with a solid grounding in the end-to-end delivery of primary market research who is ready to take the next step in their career. This hands-on, client-facing role involves working on customised projects across diverse clients, industries, and business issues. No two days are the same!
  
Responsibilities Include:
  • Taking client briefs and understanding their needs within the context of business and broader industry trends.
  • Contributing to proposals.
  • Managing various market research projects.
  • Conducting data analysis using Q and/or SPSS.
  • Developing relevant and coherent insights, implications, and actions.
  • Managing client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Mentoring and developing junior staff.
  Project Examples:
  • Assisting a manufacturer in breaking into markets across Australia, UK and Asia
  • Leading an extensive program to investigate skill shortages in Australia and strategies for retention and training.
  • Providing thought leadership, brand, and NPD work for a leading tech company across multiple markets globally.
  • Collaborating with a large developer to promote sustainability in residential developments.
About You:
  • At least 1-2 years of market research agency experience with a focus on quantitative research.
  • Proficiency with SPSS and/or Q.
  • A passion for learning and a desire for a hands-on role with day-to-day variety.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
