Research Manager - Consumer Insights & Brand Strategy
Job description
About the Company
Think big and become part of a globally renowned research agency operating in 50+ markets, serving major brands, governments, and institutions. With expertise across bespoke consumer insights, syndicated tools, sports research, and public affairs, this agency blends cutting-edge tech with deep industry knowledge to drive strategic decision-making.
Harnessing proprietary technology and an in-house panel, they deliver real-time, high-impact research - offering robust learning opportunities and an exciting career trajectory.
The Role: Research Manager – Consumer Team
As a Research Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering customised, high-impact consumer research. This is a varied, fast-moving role spanning PR & comms, brand equity tracking, CX/NPS tracking, and ad hoc segmentation and U&A studies.
We’re looking for a commercially-minded research manager who loves fast-paced, high-profile projects. You’ll thrive in a collaborative, energetic team and enjoy a highly varied role where your insights regularly pop up in the media!
This agency trusts and empowers their people with hybrid, flexible working (3 days in the office). Cultural values are centred around being fast, fearless, accurate, and fostering trust and respect among team members. Promotions are based on merit and not annual cycles, lovely social activities connect the team and there are ample opportunities for long term growth.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a Research Manager who wants to work at the cutting edge of brand and comms research.
