The Role
As a Research Manager, you'll be part of a dynamic team delivering custom, client-facing research with a strong quantitative focus. You'll love the fast pace and variety of working across multiple projects, from the initial proposal to the final client presentation. This is a fantastic progression role for someone looking to step up and take more responsibility for clients and people.
�� What You'll Do:
✔ Lead customised research projects from survey design to insight delivery.
✔ Build strong relationships with clients, advising on public opinion, brand perception, and policy impact.
✔ Work in a team that maintains strict neutrality while analysing political and social trends.
✔ Contribute to a global organisation with a collaborative and innovative environment.
What We're Looking For
Strong quantitative research skills – either fully quant or a dualist with a quant lean.
Prior experience working within a Market Research agency.
Client-facing experience, confident in delivering insights and presenting recommendations.
Passion for politics, public affairs, or social research—thriving in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.
Interest in cutting-edge research methodologies and analytics.
