About the Role
This is a client-facing position where you’ll serve as the key contact for your accounts, fostering strong client relationships and delivering high-quality solutions. As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. From developing retention strategies to identifying new business opportunities, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving client satisfaction and portfolio growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain positive, lasting relationships with clients, acting as their trusted partner.
  • Develop retention and growth strategies, identifying opportunities for improvement and expansion.
  • Advise clients on research design, feasibility, and best practices for data collection.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery, adhering to timelines and budgets.
  • Represent the organisation at industry events, networking to expand the client base.
  • Provide innovative solutions to sampling challenges, ensuring client goals are met efficiently.
  • Deliver accurate proposals and communicate effectively to address client needs.
About You

Your Skills and Attributes:
  • Proven experience in market research, with expertise in fieldwork management, operations, or project management.
  • A natural communicator with strong client management skills and the ability to build rapport at all levels.
  • Tech-savvy, with a solid understanding of market research tools and data collection technologies.
  • Solutions-oriented, highly organised, and able to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
  • A team player with a track record of delivering results and fostering collaboration.
