About the Role
  
As a Junior Research Consultant, you will be at the heart of the research process, supporting the team from project conception to  final client delivery. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies while working on a diverse range of projects.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  
Project Support: Assist with research design and project management including writing questionnaires, coordinating fieldwork, and conducting data analysis.
Quantitative Focus: Perform hands-on analysis using Q software, create basic charts, and support storytelling and report writing.
Qualitative Exposure: Gain experience in qualitative research methods and help craft discussion guides and analyse qualitative data.
Client Interaction: Work with a variety of social and commercial clients, helping to build strong client relationships and understand their unique needs.
  
What You’ll Bring
  • 1-2 years of experience in a market research agency, with a solid understanding of quantitative research fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of basic project management, survey design, and data analysis techniques.
  • Proficiency in Q software and a willingness to learn new tools and methodologies.
  • A desire to level up in Qualitative research skills.
  • Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, commercial agency environment.
