About the role:
As a Quantitative Research Director, you'll be the driving force behind flagship accounts across multiple sectors. This role empowers you to identify fresh opportunities, deliver strategic insights, and oversee the full research cycle, from pitch to presentation. Your deep knowledge in areas like brand, innovation, CX, creative development, behaviour change, and cultural forecasting will be vital in leading projects and shaping client success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead with Vision: Develop and implement strategic research frameworks that inform high-stakes business decisions.
  • Client Engagement: Own and strengthen relationships with top-tier clients, ensuring seamless project execution and satisfaction.
  • Insight Delivery: Translate complex data into compelling narratives and actionable insights for diverse audiences.
  • Methodological Expertise: Apply advanced quantitative methodologies tailored to each client’s unique challenges.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and guide your team to deliver excellence, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Client Service: Consistently provide high-touch service that anticipates and exceeds client needs.
Skills needed:
  • You have excellent strategic acumen and a strong ability to marry research expertise with business strategy, creating impactful solutions for your clients. You get the ‘so what?’
  • You have a demonstrated track record of working within a senior Quantitative role at a top flight research and insights consultancy.
